Accreditation Services
Accreditation is often viewed as the final
document necessary to establish the facility’s place as a recognized quality
leader, but assembling the necessary paperwork and preparing for the
accreditation survey can be a stressful experience. Ortmann Healthcare
Consultants Accreditation Services can relieve some of the apprehension of
accreditation with their expertise in preparing for and successfully
completing accrediting surveys. Ortmann has experience with both AAAASF and
AAAHC and an established relationship with these agencies.
This service includes
- Contacting the selected Accrediting Body
and assembling application paperwork
- Filing the necessary application
paperwork and assisting in the collection of required peer review and
additional documents packet
- Developing a system to check
requirements against the policy and procedure manual
- Assist in on-site center preparedness
- Performance of a mini pre-survey to
check last minute details
